Once the project has commenced, no refunds will be issued for any payments made. This policy is in place due to the customized nature of our services, which require significant time, effort, and resources.

A project is considered to have commenced once the initial deposit or payment has been received and work has begun as per the agreed-upon project timeline.

4. Cancellation

Clients may cancel the project at any time; however, no refunds will be provided for payments made prior to cancellation. Any outstanding payments for work completed or milestones achieved prior to cancellation will remain due and payable.

5. Reactivation Fee
